Construction of Site Utility Work for the new Arkansas Heart Hospital in Benton, Arkansas.
Installed water and wastewater lines, manholes, wastewater pump station and sewer force main.

UAMS - ECSM 005 –
Essential Power Upgrade
Excavation for new duct runs for essential power upgrade for UAMS Campus, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Excavated around existing duct runs, excavation for all new duct runs and pull boxes, and excavated through two parking decks. Boring of major road intersections. Concrete and asphalt repair.
Site Utility Work – On track to be completed ahead of schedule.
Subcontractors managed – Boring, hydrovac, tree service and asphalt.

Installation of water mains, fire hydrants, meter setters, Installation of wastewater lines, and construction of manholes, selective site demolition, excavation, and site erosion control.
Collaborated with City of Little Rock Water Department and Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority Department for permits and inspections for Site Utility Work.

Construction of Site Utility Work for The Shoppes At Chenal, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Selective site demolition, excavation, installation of water lines, fire hydrants, meter setters, installation of wastewater lines, and construction of manholes.
Collaborated with City of Little Rock Water Department and Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority Department for permits and inspections for Site Utility Work.

• Selective site demolition, excavation, site erosion control.
• Installation of water lines, fire hydrants, meter setters, and water booster pump stations.
• Installation of wastewater lines, construction of manholes, 2 wastewater pump stations.
• Installation of all underground conduits for fiber & electrical cables.
• Installation of grease traps, water reclamation tanks, diesel fuel spill containment tank.
Collaborated with City of North Little Rock Water Department and North Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority Department for permits and inspections.
