The new facility marks Techline, Inc.’s, a distributor of electrical supplies, including coils, cables, wires & connectors, expansion into Central Arkansas and furthers its mission of providing quality utility products to electric cooperatives, municipal utilities, and contractors. With more than 45,000 square feet of building space devoted to safe and efficient warehousing, logistics, and distribution, the project is able to use its five-acre site to its fullest potential.
J. W. Heavrin Inc. provided site utility construction services for the new facility, building all the necessary site utilities, including water and fire protection systems and sanitary sewer service, and meeting the schedule and budget.
Scope of Work Included:
Excavation and installation of an 8-inch water main to serve the new facility.
Excavation and installation of a 6-inch fire line with riser for full fire protection compliance.
Excavation and installation of an 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer main with 4-inch sanitary sewer service connection to the building.
This project was completed in 2024 on schedule and within the approved project budget. J. W.
