Heavrin Inc. engaged in providing full site utility construction for 60 Low-income multifamily unit and community building complex part of the Phillips Development Corporation, and includes 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Our scope of work included site Layout and staking, Excavation, installation, and testing of 8” and 6” water main and 8” gravity sewer system. By delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant utility work, we are helping lay the foundation for a high-quality living environment.
