The Westrock Coffee Company Warehouse and Distribution Center has been developed in line with Westrock’s mission of providing sustainable, high quality coffee production and distribution worldwide and supporting its growing operations. Designed to improve Westrock’s operational productivity, logistics and future growth, this industrial facility encompasses more than 530,000 square feet on a 30-acre site in Conway, Arkansas.
J. W. Heavrin Inc. thoroughly planned on-site utility construction and installed full water distribution, fire protection and wastewater management to the large scale industrial facility in a complex underground system.
Scope of Work Included:
Excavation and installation of a 12-inch water main and 8-inch fire line system with risers to service the 530,000-square-foot facility.
Installed dedicated fire lines and risers to meet all fire code and safety requirements.
Excavation and installation of a sewer force main and pump station to service the site’s guard shack and connected infrastructure.
Excavation and backfilling for Nabco Construction’s installation of sewer service across the 30-acre property.
